This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Associate Technical Architect at Quantiphi, you will be instrumental in the design and execution of intricate software solutions utilizing .NET and ReactJS technologies, along with cloud services from AWS or Azure.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems.
• The Associate Technical Architect will engage with clients for project briefings, consultations, installations, and closure reviews.
• Act as the Lead Developer for a team of 8-10 resources.
• Assist in managing customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction and uphold quality standards.
• Participate in the negotiation of customer project demands and specifications concerning resources and infrastructure, while aiding in the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.
• Oversee activities between internal and external resources, facilitating a seamless workflow for service delivery.
• Assess project data for accuracy and take the initiative in establishing project targets and priorities.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.
• Stay informed about current industry practices to improve service standards and delivery.
• Review customer technical requirements and instructions, assisting both the internal team and customers in determining the optimal order for lifts and the most efficient methods of utilizing delivered materials.
• Maintain awareness of current technologies and conduct research to identify emerging trends that could yield maximum results.
• Perform additional technical duties as needed.
• Keep abreast of best coding and architectural practices, ensuring that APIs are robust, maintainable, and coordinating with the rest of the team working on various layers of the infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in Full Stack development with a focus on React.js and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC with WebForms components.
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture built on SQL Server.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, C#, .NET Core.
• In-depth knowledge of SCSS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, and Material UI.
• Experience with version control tools like Git, build automation tools such as Maven, and deployment tools like JFrog and UDeploy.
• Solid development background in React, Redux, and JavaScript, with a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead the architectural design and development of Full Stack applications, with a strong emphasis on React.js and .NET Core.
• Experience in API integration, application deployment, cloud architecture, and application security.
• Expertise in developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices, with a history of production-scale experience.
• Capability to conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges, providing support to address production incidents.
• Ability to offer technical leadership and guidance, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Capacity to mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Proven track record of leading application migration engagements to the cloud (preferably AWS) in the past.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud data services (RDS, Aurora, Elasticache, S3, etc.) and other relevant services (compute, storage - KMS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Expertise with AWS migration tools and utilities (ADS, MGN, DMS, SCT, etc.) and familiarity with the best-fit migration patterns for each.
• Strong understanding of the .Net application tech stack (.Net, Entity Framework) with knowledge of tightly coupled data components (e.g., SQL Server bound logic, DTC dependency, etc.).
• Strong insight into application hosting and abstraction patterns on AWS (containerization, microservices, serverless).
• Familiarity with the Azure cloud ecosystem and associated application, infrastructure, and data components and services.
