This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide technical support and effective oversight to Grade A colleagues and their associated hubs managing multi-track RTA claims valued between £100k and £1M.
• The level of supervision will align with the firm's supervision framework, and the individual is expected to represent best practices.
• Deliver technical coaching and guidance to leads and AFE’s.
• Ensure efficient case progression to meet operational, financial, and client service performance goals in accordance with the firm's objectives.
• Assist colleagues in optimizing case planning and enhancing hub productivity.
• Conduct monthly technical one-on-ones with Grade A colleagues, facilitating reportable feedback to Technical Leads for actionable plans and business strategies.
• Identify and escalate any capability concerns to the Technical Lead and assist in the implementation of training, development, or support plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with QA and Technical Compliance and/or Technical Leads to mitigate risk.
• Participate in Billing Governance Forums as needed, providing technical submissions for team members.
• Ensure your team complies with the Minster Law Costs Process and offer technical costs support to fee earners.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Leaders, Team Managers, and Technical Leads to implement business changes, manage risks, and drive performance.
• Engage and contribute in forums addressing various technical issues, including peer reviews.
• Collaborate with the leadership team in achieving and implementing objectives.
• Hold team meetings and effectively communicate key messages.
• Submit monthly reports to the leadership team to optimize supervision.
• Admitted Solicitor, FCILEX with Rights to Litigate - 8+ years PQE.
• Experience in handling and supervising high-value Multi-Track personal injury (RTA – Car & Bike) claims.
• Familiarity with electronic case management systems (Proclaim preferred, but training can be provided).
• Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Passionate about coaching and engaging team members while reporting to technical leads.
• Ability to lead with integrity and respect diverse opinions from colleagues.
• Capability to adhere to company processes/guidelines and make informed decisions.
• Strong motivational skills to encourage colleagues and work effectively within a team, demonstrating robust supervisory abilities and the capacity to foster trust and confidence through self-awareness and high emotional intelligence.
