Associate Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Supervise Associate-Level Therapists: Provide clinical oversight and direction to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services for youth.

• Ensure Adherence to Compliance and Ethical Standards: Monitor and confirm that supervisees comply with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Emphasize Outcomes: Leverage our tools and resources to assist supervisees in tracking progress and modifying treatment plans, guaranteeing optimal outcomes for their clients.

• Maintain Documentation of Supervisory Sessions: Accurately and promptly document supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.

• Engage in Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in continuous training and team meetings to remain at the forefront of youth mental health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• At least 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Availability to work during peak supervision demand periods (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
