📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Command Center by updating task statuses, responsible parties, and forthcoming actions.

• Organize meeting agendas, document structured notes, and summarize decisions along with follow-up actions.

• Convert strategic frameworks into clear and reusable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Manage the creator pipeline and develop detailed creator briefs.

• Refresh weekly dashboards and provide performance insights.
