This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Comprehending the client’s business use cases and technical specifications, and translating them into a technical design that effectively addresses the needs.
• Aligning decisions with requirements and conveying this information to developers.
• Evaluating various solutions and determining the optimal option that fulfills the client’s specifications.
• Establishing guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFR) considerations during project execution.
• Crafting and reviewing design documents that outline the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for developers.
• Assessing architecture and design from multiple perspectives such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Creating and designing the comprehensive solution for specified functional and non-functional requirements, while determining the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary for implementation.
• Grasping and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these insights in project work.
• A total of 4+ years of experience.
• Practical experience in Workday HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance modules.
• Solid understanding of Workday business processes, security measures, and reporting functionalities.
• Experience in functional solution development, gathering business requirements, and translating them into Workday configurations.
• Knowledge in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing.
• Familiarity with change management and user training strategies.
• Proven competence in managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex functional and system-related challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a robust commitment to quality and process enhancement.
