Associate Staff Engineer, SAP – Supply Chain Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Thoroughly comprehending functional requirements and analyzing the client's needs within the project's context.

• Conceptualizing the overall solution for specified functional and non-functional requirements, including defining the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary for implementation.

• Establishing and executing design methodologies and toolsets.

• Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

• Capable of leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.

• Creating, interpreting, and validating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimated effort for assigned modules/tasks, with the ability to justify the estimates.

• Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations.

• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.

• Proposing solutions to any issues raised during code/design reviews and justifying the decisions made.

• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure that the proposed designs and technologies meet the requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Total experience: 4+ years.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations.

• Experience in Public Cloud environments is required.

• Extensive experience in warehouse structure configuration.

• Understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes is essential.

• Familiarity with putaway and picking strategies.

• Experience in inventory and stock management.

• Proficiency in working with SAP Fiori applications for warehouse operations.

• Strong understanding of integration between EWM and the MM, SD, and PP modules.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess business requirements and align them with SAP best practices.
