This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Writing and reviewing high-quality code
• Thoroughly understanding functional requirements and analyzing the client's needs within the project's context
• Ensuring that solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability standards
• Participating in the entire development lifecycle, which includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Serving as a trusted advisor by addressing functional and technical inquiries, recommending optimal solution strategies, and mentoring junior developers
• Supporting the planning and design of new solutions by aligning business requirements with Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and best practices
• Envisioning the overall solution for specified functional and non-functional requirements, and defining the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary to achieve it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets
• Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts
• Creating, understanding, and validating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimated effort for assigned modules/tasks, with the ability to justify them
• Addressing issues promptly and positively responding to setbacks and challenges with a focus on continuous improvement
• Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations
• Delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance standards, including HIPAA requirements where applicable
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
• Proposing solutions to any issues identified during code/design reviews and justifying the decisions made
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure that proposed designs and technologies fulfill the requirements
• Total Experience: 4.5+ years
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce core platform (SFDC) capabilities
• Ability to customize Salesforce using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and platform events
• Proficiency in developing modern Salesforce UI utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Activity Management
• Extensive experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Queues, Entitlements, Escalations, and Omni-Channel
• Capability to implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts
• Proficiency in designing and developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, relationships, and schema design
• Expertise in the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and deployment notes
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps tools such as Copado, Change Sets, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues while providing ongoing application support
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, CTI integrations, Omni-Channel, or Einstein features
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (preferred), Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation testing tools or CI/CD pipelines
