Associate Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Crafting and evaluating high-quality code.

• Comprehensively understanding functional requirements and analyzing the client’s needs within the project context.

• Serving as a trusted advisor by addressing both functional and technical inquiries, recommending the best solution approaches, and mentoring junior developers.

• Assisting in the planning and design of new solutions by aligning business requirements with Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and industry best practices.

• Envisioning the complete solution for specified functional and non-functional requirements, and defining the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary for realization.

• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets.

• Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

• Capable of leading or supporting UAT and production rollouts.

• Creating, comprehending, and validating WBS and estimated efforts for assigned modules/tasks, along with justifying those estimates.

• Promptly addressing issues and positively responding to setbacks and challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations.

• Delivering scalable and high-quality solutions that comply with performance, security, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA requirements where applicable.

• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.

• Proposing solutions to any issues raised during code/design reviews and justifying the decisions made.

• Conducting POCs to ensure that proposed designs/technologies meet the requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Total Experience: 4.5+ years.

• Must play a pivotal role in designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.

• Should be able to work closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs.

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and best practices in Salesforce configuration is essential.

• Must stay updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.

• Should apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant.

• Experience in effectively communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to gather requirements, highlight software product features, and explain technical designs is necessary.

• A passion for building exceptional solutions is essential.

• Mentoring team members to meet client needs and holding them accountable for maintaining high delivery standards is crucial.

• Ability to understand and relate technology integration scenarios, applying these insights in complex troubleshooting situations.
