This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Configure, maintain, and provide support for Workday HCM modules, which include Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Workday integrations across various enterprise systems.
• Create and sustain integrations using EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Configure and manage Workday Business Processes in alignment with business needs.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve Workday integration and functional issues to ensure system stability and data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Workday reports and BIRT reports.
• Manage and oversee Workday security roles, domains, and security configurations.
• Upload and manage Workday content, including onboarding materials, questionnaires, and learning content.
• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for existing Workday HCM solutions.
• Engage in system testing, release management, and production support activities.
• Adhere to ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest best practices.
• A minimum of 4 years of total experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday HCM.
• Extensive experience in Workday integration development and support.
• Proficiency in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Experience with the configuration and support of Workday Business Processes.
• Solid knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development.
• Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with the configuration and administration of Workday Security.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
