• Demonstrating a consulting approach by serving as a solution provider instead of merely taking orders.
• Identifying stakeholders for projects/services early on and collaborating with them to ensure deliverables align with the benefits outlined in the business case.
• Functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
• Partnering with Salesforce Architects and Developers to create scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Assessing the feasibility of solutions in relation to Salesforce platform capabilities and project constraints.
• Developing and maintaining process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and relevant documentation.
• Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to users by clarifying Salesforce capabilities and discussing solution trade-offs.
• Facilitating user adoption through the creation of training materials, user guides, and release notes.
• Evaluating existing Salesforce implementations and suggesting process enhancements and optimization opportunities.
• Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Defining the project's/service scope, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and managing team members by providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Ensuring that the quality of work on the project meets established governance, process standards, and best practices.
• Reporting on the status of all key metrics (e.g., risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from initiation to closure.
• Assisting the account management team with responses to new project requests.
• Identifying opportunities within current engagements to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarro’s offerings.
• Total Experience: 5+ years
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and elicitation is essential.
• Robust experience in agile fundamentals and methodologies, RFPs, wireframes, and prototypes is required.
• Must possess hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and associated processes is necessary.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting, is important.
• Capability to perform change impact analysis and support release/change management activities is expected.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level is a must.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding) is required.
• Experience in Business Analysis functions with a strong technical understanding, including the creation of BRDs, FSDs, and coordination of Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing is essential.
• Knowledge of use case/story preparation, process flow diagrams, and relationship diagrams such as flow charts, methodologies, etc., is important.
• Understanding of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycles, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in effectively communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to gather requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs is crucial.
• A passion for building excellent solutions is essential.
• Ability to mentor team members to meet client needs and hold them accountable for high standards of delivery is necessary.
• Capability to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these insights in complex troubleshooting scenarios is required.
