Associate Staff Accountant – Client Accounting Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Record and code daily transactions

• Assist with monthly reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain support schedules for key accounts

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes

• Assist with payroll workflows

• Keep electronic documents organized

• Help prepare monthly financial reporting packages

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing with relevant experience)

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or customer accounting services (internships and part-time roles accepted)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar)

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
