Associate Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team as the primary Customer Excellence lead for creating service solutions.

• Create the vision and architecture for a Vocera solution.

• Define technical, wireless, training, deployment plans, and integration requirements.

• Prepare Statements of Work that detail project scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and associated costs.

• Develop Professional Service Proposals.

• Oversee the qualification, bidding, and negotiation phases for new engagements.

• Foster cross-functional relationships with teams in Customer Excellence, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Systems Engineering.

• Understand customer needs, anticipate requirements, and craft solution proposals.

• Assist customers in making integration decisions to identify the most suitable solution for their environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT or within a clinical environment.

• Preference for candidates with healthcare product/vendor experience.

• Familiarity with integration is preferred.

• Candidates should be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

• Strong skills in business writing, grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent client-facing abilities and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism and tact.
