Associate Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in the RainFocus platform.

• Train client administrators on the necessary tools and processes within RainFocus.

• Configure the RainFocus platform to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to determine their business requirements.

• Facilitate comprehensive system configuration.

• Identify and address risks to ensure successful implementation.

• Adhere to best practices for deploying RainFocus products.

• Advise clients on innovative ideas and optimal practices.

• Document requirements, design solutions, and outline testing plans.

• Provide consistent updates on milestones and tasks to project managers.

• Engage in regular communication with both internal and client teams.

• Report issues and risks to project managers and leadership.

• Manage priorities across various assignments effectively.

• Diligently track tasks and complete all assignments punctually.

• Contribute to the development of implementation tools, processes, and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses less than 3 years of experience in software implementation.

• Delivers solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.

• Demonstrates strategic thinking to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Capable of working independently, solving problems, and improvising as needed.

• Maintains performance under pressure consistently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Team-oriented individuals only.

• Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time.
