Associate Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the field sales team to develop and secure new business opportunities within a designated territory and targeted accounts.

• Identify, understand, and document intricate business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.

• Engage in substantial business and technical discussions, sharing industry insights with key stakeholders across all levels and business units within enterprise organizations.

• Establish technical credibility and instill confidence in recommended solutions by utilizing your product knowledge, tailored product demonstrations, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussions.

• Clearly communicate chosen recommendations and the business value they deliver to various audiences.

• Collaborate effectively with sales partners and other internal teams to ensure a world-class buying experience.

• Demonstrate and sell according to the value selling methodologies established by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a technical Pre-Sales or Sales role involving enterprise-level software sales.

• BS/BA degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Pre-Sales experience within a mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS offering, preferably cloud-based.

• Skilled in delivering software demonstrations both in-person and virtually.

• Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.

• Proven capability to work with employees at all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM systems.

• Understanding of system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs, and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of web-based solutions, website development, HTML, XML, and structured data.

• Awareness of electronic signature concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
