Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete order fulfillment process, guaranteeing the precise and prompt provision of software and software subscriptions.

• Create and distribute license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials via integrated systems.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience for customers with minimal obstacles.

• Uphold compliance with U.S. export control laws by verifying customer, product, and geographical eligibility before fulfilling export-controlled software and licenses.

• Oversee customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to foster a seamless activation process.

• Offer continuous support through TrustedCare, addressing access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint process inefficiencies and implement scalable enhancements.

• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve fulfillment challenges.
