Associate Social Media, Influencer Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Implement the purpose and mission of Stanley and Black & Decker across social and creator platforms.

• Manage the planning of social media content, influencer initiatives, and paid media enhancement.

• Create social and influencer strategies that align with brand objectives.

• Collaborate with agencies for social media boosting and influencer assistance.

• Execute content plans focused on social media to foster community engagement and interaction.

• Generate activation concepts tailored for social-first integration into content and media.

• Ensure content quality by collaborating with brand, legal, product, and creative teams.

• Work alongside Customer Support to establish tone and voice for community management interactions.

• Track and report on KPIs, sharing insights through cross-departmental discussions.

• Observe cultural trends and topics, pinpointing opportunities for brand-team approval and activation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in influencer/creator or social media marketing within the consumer-brand sector or at an agency.

• Practical experience in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.

• In-depth understanding of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and the dynamics of the social media ecosystem.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

• Experience in managing several projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Capability to influence and cultivate relationships across various stakeholders, functions, and levels.

• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.

• Strong consumer empathy, along with analytical and research capabilities.

• Proficient mentoring skills and a passion for developing others.

• Experience in creating and optimizing workflows.
