
Associate Sales Support Specialist – PST Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to outside sales professionals in maximizing revenue with current clients and prospective customers through both pre-sale and post-sale initiatives.
• Assist the wider Sales Excellence team alongside outside sales professionals.
• Create and maintain precise data in Salesforce.com, including accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
• Conduct conflict checks.
• Aid the sales team in submitting quotes through the internal system.
• Coordinate tasks for project managers.
• Collaborate with the forensics team and submit tickets via the internal system.
• Prepare litigation profiles for the sales team.
• Help address billing inquiries and issues.
• Create and submit straightforward cost estimates for clients.
• Manage the contracting process, which includes document generation from templates, submitting contracting requests, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Establish and ensure the proper setup of new projects within internal systems.
• Work together with sales, project management, collections, operations, and billing teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services.
• Proactively spot opportunities to take on tasks that enable outside sales professionals to engage more with clients and prospects.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• A BA or BS degree is required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in supporting a sales team is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Experience working with providers of electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review, or other litigation support services for Fortune 1000 corporations and AM 200 law firms is a plus but not essential.
• Strong written communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively address client needs are essential.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Attention to detail is crucial, including the ability to thoroughly quality-check work products.
• Ability to build trusted and enduring relationships with both external and internal clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is expected.
• Show a consistently high level of activity and be highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
