This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in the markets.
• Implement sales activities and take the lead in conducting in-service initiatives.
• Assist in the expansion and growth of the Sedation Management business.
• Oversee individual quota responsibilities while supporting initiatives with designated sales representatives.
• Facilitate increased selling time through sales activities and support within a key customer base.
• Aid in or lead in-service activities for disposables and/or hardware.
• Install necessary equipment and hardware, and carry out functional and safety assessments.
• Introduce and collaborate with customers as required.
• Promote the expansion of ACM products within the designated territory.
• Coordinate efforts with the sales team and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and enhance utilization.
• Support conversion and sales efforts outside of the region as necessary.
• Conduct product introductions and demonstrations for staff and clinicians.
• Manage inventory balancing at both site and warehouse levels.
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or similar roles in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred 1–3 years of previous field sales experience.
• Highly preferred background in medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of company products and services is important.
• Proven, consistent success in prior roles is required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
• Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management is essential.
• Willingness to travel for extended conversion periods is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective persuasion skills are required.
• Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements is a must.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
