This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with field sales and clinical teams as a key resource in the market.
• Implement sales initiatives and provide support within a designated customer base.
• Lead in-service training related to both disposables and hardware.
• Set up necessary equipment/hardware and execute functional and safety assessments.
• Introduce equipment to clients and work closely with them.
• Promote the growth of Acute Care and Monitoring products across the territory.
• Coordinate activities with the sales team and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and enhance product utilization.
• Assist in conversions and sales efforts beyond the assigned region when necessary.
• Conduct product demonstrations and introductions for staff and clinicians.
• Manage inventory balancing at the site and/or warehouse level.
• Oversee individual quota responsibilities while supporting business initiatives alongside assigned sales representatives.
• Operate across a multi-state region with approximately 75% travel and considerable overnight travel.
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with no experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• A valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the designated territory, including necessary overnight travel.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to support conversions.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of previous field sales experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
• Understanding of sales techniques is essential.
• Introductory knowledge of the company’s products and services is preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management is important.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities are required.
• Effective persuasive communication skills are essential.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements, including independent mobility and computer-mediated communication.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
