This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in designated markets
• Implement sales activities and deliver sales support within a pivotal customer base
• Facilitate in-service training related to disposables and/or hardware
• Set up necessary equipment and hardware
• Conduct functional and safety evaluations
• Present equipment and work in partnership with customers
• Propel the growth of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory
• Coordinate efforts with sales teams and internal stakeholders
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and enhanced utilization
• Assist with conversions and sales initiatives beyond the assigned region as needed
• Offer product introductions and demonstrations to staff and clinicians
• Carry out inventory balancing activities at both site and warehouse levels
• Oversee individual quota responsibilities
• Support business initiatives alongside designated sales representatives
• Operate outside the individual region as dictated by business requirements
• Travel approximately 75% across a multi-state region, with over 50% anticipated overnight travel and non-traditional hours
• Report directly to the Regional Business Manager
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years’ relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with no relevant experience
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Must reside within 50 miles of the territory or be willing to relocate
• Preferred minimum of 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience
• Highly preferred experience in medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Basic understanding of company products and services
• Familiarity with vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management
• Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective persuasion skills
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Driving record will be evaluated
• Capability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including necessary overnight travel
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not provided for roles below Principal level
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
