This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• With the support of seasoned professionals, you will become a part of our team focused on acquiring new clients and overseeing existing accounts. Engaged in project activities, you will develop expertise in quality management and quality assurance areas such as Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP, and other current compliance matters within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
• By participating in sales initiatives, you will quickly understand the industries, the exciting demands of our clients, and the practical aspects of customer service.
• You will pinpoint needs during discussions with potential clients and assist in expanding our service offerings.
• You will oversee customer relationships from initial contact through contract finalization, during project execution, and in subsequent customer support.
• You will be gradually familiarized with your new responsibilities and independent sales tasks.
• Excellent Bachelor's degree (or higher) completed within the standard study period.
• Proficient in German at a business-fluent/negotiation level; fluent in English.
• A strong sense of curiosity, self-reliance, and a desire to continually learn and explore new subject areas.
• A passion for sales, IT, process-oriented thinking, and quality management.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (both domestically and internationally) with the flexibility to choose your residence within Germany.
• A keen interest in engaging with responsible and challenging tasks.
