Associate Regional Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a designated portfolio of merchant accounts and perform regular field visits.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants and provide in-store training.

• Conduct strategic store visits aimed at execution and coaching.

• Assess account-level performance in relation to territory quotas.

• Document all store visits and interactions within HubSpot.

• Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers to establish territory priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or roles involving customer interaction.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

• Experience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing sectors is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Map My Customers is preferred.

• Previous experience in field sales or account support is desirable.
