This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in client operations by managing payment postings.
• Dispatch dunning letters.
• Uphold client service agreements.
• Adhere to invoicing procedures, including pre-invoicing review for fee-for-service, managed care, diabetic supply, and supplemental rebate programs.
• Support account management and rebate management with client inquiries, including reporting.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or a combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• A high school diploma from an accredited institution or an equivalent GED is required.
• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Preferred: 6 months of professional experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims.
• Preferred: Experience in pharmacy or pharmacy rebate operations.
• Preferred: Background in accounting and accounts receivable.
• Must comprehend, comply with, and affirm job-specific security responsibilities and controls.
• Must adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements.
• Must be capable of performing essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available upon request.
