Associate Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases for both the Prosoft web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and monitor software defects using DevOps, ensuring to provide clear instructions for developers to effectively reproduce and resolve issues.

• Assist in confirming that the payroll engine of the system complies with governmental regulations in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, among others.

• Reassess fixed bugs and conduct standard 'health checks' on existing features whenever a new update is launched to verify that nothing else is affected.

• Maintain and refresh straightforward test scripts and checklists to keep our testing repository up to date.

• Collaborate closely with senior testers and developers to gain insights into new HR features and their intended functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business/HR with a strong interest in technology.

• Exceptional attention to detail (a discrepancy of even one cent in a payroll test is significant!).

• Familiarity with web browsers, mobile applications, and basic Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and comparison).

• Capability to articulate technical issues in straightforward and clear English.

• Prior experience with SQL is a bonus, but we are eager to provide training for the right candidate!
