
Associate Provider Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Support the recruitment of General Dentists and Specialists to facilitate network growth and meet access standards.
• Evaluate network requirements and identify deficiencies that necessitate further provider recruitment.
• Manage and nurture provider relationships within the designated territory.
• Conduct service calls and site visits to ensure provider satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Gather, review, and process provider contract documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure adherence to annual attestation requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provider offices to resolve issues affecting providers and members.
• Provide education to providers regarding policies, procedures, and network requirements.
• An associate degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting provider networks, dental practices, managed healthcare, or related sales roles.
• Experience with Dental PPO or DHMO networks is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and the operations of provider networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure resolution.
• Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive approach.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.
