This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients.
• Conduct permit research with a high level of precision.
• Aid in the preparation of permit plans.
• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and unclear aspects.
• Track permit status and guarantee prompt responses.
• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform.
• Work alongside permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, with an emphasis on project management.
• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.
• Strong ability to research permit regulations accurately.
• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative procedures.
• Excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive in solving problems.
