Associate Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients.

• Conduct thorough permit research with a high level of precision.

• Aid in the preparation of permit plans.

• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and ambiguities.

• Track permit statuses and guarantee prompt responses.

• Provide insights to the product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform.

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Strong ability to research permit requirements accurately.

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative protocols.

• Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail.

• Initiative-driven problem solver.
