• Serve as the primary contact for clients on low to mid-complexity projects that are currently active within the agency.
• Gather client direction and feedback while managing client expectations effectively.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks across client responsibilities.
• Employ a consultative approach to identify and address project risks proactively.
• Capable of transforming client interactions into actionable guidance.
• Consistently deliver high-quality results that surpass client expectations.
• Responsible for financial oversight including pricing, budget management, reconciliation, billing, and effective communication of financial status, risks, and mitigation strategies to clients.
• Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to define project strategies and ensure successful execution from activation to final delivery.
• Work alongside Account partners to clearly outline and initiate project activities.
• Act as the organizational hub for designated clients and their projects.
• Manage daily hot sheets, facilitate project workflow, and partner closely with resource management to align staffing with project needs.
• Promote effective communication across the agency team, including documenting meeting notes and outlining subsequent steps as necessary.
• Create and oversee project timelines and resource allocations.
• Develop into a decision-maker and problem-solver, enhancing the ability to guide the team through consistent and sound decision-making.
• Expand financial management duties to include work scoping, estimating, budget management, and supporting other financial processes within the agency.
• Prepare, support, and lead client submissions.
• Capable of leading the scoping and estimation processes for low to mid-complexity projects.
• Monitor and allocate tasks to the internal project team.
• Facilitate client and team meetings effectively.
• Responsible for achieving revenue goals within the projected timeframe.
• Collaborate closely with account management counterparts to ensure precise financial forecasting.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Client-facing skills are essential.
• Proficient presentation skills.
