• Create task lists or project timelines that align with the scope and goals outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Coordinate necessary technical resources to provide support or ensure the successful delivery of solutions, as per the client agreement.
• Act as the main point of contact for the project team throughout the engagement.
• Collaborate or escalate issues as needed to resolve business or technical challenges related to the project.
• Monitor all project-related expenses, including Time & Expenses entries.
• Oversee and manage project information within the designated systems (ERP, PSA, and CRM).
• Create reports and generate internal project-related deliverables.
• Work alongside Project Managers as needed to provide administrative or coordination support and aid in the production of project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification (or currently pursuing certification) is advantageous.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, including knowing when to escalate issues or seek additional support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results without formal authority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Preferred experience or familiarity with technology initiatives.
• Actively pursuing education or certification in project management is preferred.
