Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective implementation of designated project scopes.

• Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Ensure that tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with client expectations.

• Enhance the client experience by promoting the quality of delivery.

• Tackle issues as they emerge.

• Uphold standards throughout all facets of execution.

• Track progress against established timelines and milestones.

• Recognize delays or bottlenecks and aid in adjustments to maintain project delivery on schedule.

• Assist in identifying and alleviating risks, including logistical hurdles, safety issues, and regulatory compliance matters.

• Support the financial performance of projects by being mindful of scope, budget constraints, and any modifications in work.

• Contribute to project completion by assisting with documentation.

• Help gather lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.

• Work with vendors and internal team members to resolve field-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting project delivery in settings such as workplace relocations, facilities management, construction coordination, or similar operational projects is preferred.
