Conveyance & Racking Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the effective delivery of projects from initial concept through to final execution.

• Taking full responsibility for project scope, timelines, resources, and budget management.

• Ensuring adherence to customer-specific requirements for equipment installation (DIP).

• Creating and managing the project plan, including resource allocation and scheduling.

• Collaborating with the Commercial Manager to monitor project budgets and manage change requests.

• Actively identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Serving as the main point of contact for high-level stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and reporting.

• Leading project teams while promoting a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

• Utilizing project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PPM) to execute projects to international standards.

• Cultivating strong relationships with clients to enhance the PAC Group brand positively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).

• 3-5 years of project management experience specifically in manufacturing industry installation projects.

• Required experience with Racking and Conveyance installations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Preferred Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2, PMP.

• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

• Ability to communicate in dual or multiple languages is advantageous.

• Proficient in project and construction management principles.

• Capability to interpret technical plans and specifications effectively.

• Strong client-facing abilities, with experience interacting with senior-level representatives.

• Proven resilience and crisis management skills.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
