eCOA Project Manager, Clinical Trials, eCOA technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and monitoring of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) solutions within designated clinical trials.

• Serve as the main point of responsibility for the delivery of eCOA solutions.

• Ensure that systems are configured, validated, deployed, and maintained according to study requirements, regulatory standards, and sponsor expectations.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, vendors, and sponsors to provide high-quality, patient-centric electronic assessment solutions.

• Lead eCOA delivery tasks from initiation to closure, including gathering requirements, system development, UAT script preparation, UAT execution, and ongoing maintenance.

• Create and manage eCOA project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies in line with study milestones.

• Act as the primary eCOA subject matter expert for assigned studies, offering guidance and implementing lessons learned and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Trials and eCOA technologies.

• Expertise in eCOA technologies and patient-reported outcomes.

• Strong skills in project and vendor management.

• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Keen attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.

• Capability to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
