This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients
• Conduct permit research with a high level of precision
• Aid in the preparation of permit plans
• Collaborate with municipal staff to address nuances and ambiguities
• Track permit progress and ensure prompt responses
• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform
• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management
• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits
• Capable of researching permit requirements with precision
• Comfortable interacting with city officials and navigating administrative procedures
• Excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail
• Proactive in solving problems
• Provides equity
