This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate project timelines, monitoring systems, and deliverable milestones to ensure timely project execution.

• Assist in gathering, monitoring, and organizing regular updates and statuses for team projects.

• Maintain central repositories for projects, team documentation libraries, and tracking systems.

• Organize regular project meetings by scheduling discussions, documenting key insights, and sharing summaries.

• Monitor project resource allocations, outstanding action items, and follow up with responsible parties on due dates.

• Manage project management tools and collaborative platforms for the designated department or functional area.

• Support the creation of status presentations, project summaries, and basic data reports for internal evaluations.

• Report schedule discrepancies and potential project delays to the Project Manager or functional leader.

• Assist in coordinating project training, onboarding processes for new team members, and shared learning initiatives.

• Perform additional project-related responsibilities and operational support tasks as necessary.

• Participate in up to 10% domestic travel for internal workshops and business meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in project support, administrative coordination, or departmental operations.

• Proven experience in utilizing project tracking tools or collaborative workflow systems.

• Demonstrated capability to monitor milestones, follow up on action items, and manage comprehensive documentation schedules.

• Strong digital skills with office software tools including spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.

• OR a High School Diploma / Equivalent along with 4 years of relevant professional experience.
