Associate Project Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer communications regarding Budderfly field initiatives for designated customer accounts.

• Clearly convey project specifics and timelines to customers to foster positive experiences.

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers during customer meetings and overall strategic management.

• Engage with various customer representatives, including executives, directors, and onsite management.

• Provide project milestone updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle until completion (installations).

• Accountable for building and sustaining positive internal relationships among Sales/Customer Success, CORE & HVACR Project Managers, and Third-Party Contractors.

• Collaborate with Sales/Customer Success on prioritizing accounts.

• Take part in Third-Party Contractor meetings alongside CORE/HVACR Project Managers.

• Generate customer-facing reports detailing project milestone updates.

• Possess expertise in the internal project development process across various solutions: Lighting, Refrigeration, HVAC, Kitchen Ventilation, and Renewables/Storage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in the Energy industry or Project Management is preferred.

• PMP Certification is an advantage.

• Availability to work off-hours as required by project demands.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
