This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee the entire lifecycle of fintech strategic partnerships, which includes onboarding, continuous monitoring, and offboarding processes.
β’ Act as the main liaison between external partners and internal teams.
β’ Lead and organize partnership meetings, document notes, manage deliverables and action items, and monitor the progress of implementation.
β’ Monitor partner onboarding and program management activities, covering requests, overdue items, scheduling, workspaces, and maintenance tasks.
β’ Support partners with training and assist in troubleshooting workspace tools, processes, and systems.
β’ Manage content governance and change management for materials intended for external use, including maintaining version control.
β’ Create and uphold partnership metrics and reporting, which encompasses onboarding status, dependencies, and obstacles.
β’ Relay project expectations and timelines to internal stakeholders.
β’ Collect project requirements, outline scope, and create time estimates for deliverables.
β’ Prioritize workloads across project teams in a fast-evolving environment.
β’ Assist other program managers with meetings, minutes, action tracking, materials preparation, and logistics.
β’ Deliver project status updates to team members, clients, and senior management.
β’ Engage in additional tasks, projects, and team initiatives as assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
β’ 2-3 years of experience in project or program management.
β’ Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency with program/project management tools such as Asana, GSuites, and Confluence, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and team workflows.
β’ Exceptional technical troubleshooting and process implementation capabilities.
β’ Strong planning, priority-setting, organizational, and coordination skills when working with others.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

β’ Highly adaptable to change.
β’ Outstanding communication skills paired with a passion for business and technology.
