Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of assigned projects according to a specified program delivery model.

• Manage task assignments, schedules, and transitions within daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with protocols, maintain documentation quality, and verify system data accuracy.

• Generate status updates and communicate with stakeholders to monitor milestones and deliverables.

• Assess training requirements and provide refresher training as needed.

• Address risks, issues, and dependency conflicts, proposing corrective actions accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related area is required.

• Preferably less than 2 years of experience in a management role.

• Desired certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodologies (such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent.

• Demonstrated strong business and financial acumen.

• Possess advanced analytical capabilities.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
