Associate Professional – Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assess omni-channel interactions, including calls, emails, chat, and back-office transactions.

• Perform daily reviews and audits to guarantee compliance with established standards.

• Suggest enhancements to processes and policies based on insights derived from data analysis.

• Leverage procedural and technological automation to enhance the efficiency of quality assurance.

• Stay updated on industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance, covering QA principles, methodologies, or relevant subject matter expertise.

• Proven subject matter expertise in MMIS functional areas.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with contact center and back-office quality platforms such as CXOne and Verint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Adept at working both independently and in team settings.

• Proven ability to adapt to change and pursue continuous improvement.
