Associate Professional, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client suggestions aimed at enhancing business operations

• Work collaboratively within a team of business analysts

• Convert the client’s business requirements into straightforward language for technical teams

• Assist in the analysis and documentation of system requirements and business workflows

• Develop basic conceptual data and process models to assess the potential impact of system changes

• Ensure that client requirements are incorporated into the system design by executing and evaluating fundamental test case scenarios

• Fundamental knowledge of the software development life cycle and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office

• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate business needs and address bugs and defects

• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
