This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and modify existing design concepts across various formats such as digital, print, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create, format, and refresh a large volume of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high visual quality.
• Generate extensive design assets including brochures, long-form reports, white papers, case studies, internal policies and communications, digital advertising, and social media content with speed, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Consistently apply brand standards and design systems across all deliverables.
• Prepare final production-ready files, which includes resizing, formatting, and versioning.
• Collaborate with external vendors and print partners to produce physical assets, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Organize files and manage asset libraries for efficient team access.
• Implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders promptly and accurately.
• Work alongside internal teams to support project timelines and fulfill business needs.
• Function effectively in a remote work environment, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• 0–3 years of design experience (including internships, freelance, or full-time roles).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) AND Figma (mandatory).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, focusing on layout, formatting, and template-based design (essential).
• A detail-oriented designer with strong organizational capabilities, demonstrating a solid command of grammar, spelling, editing, and copywriting.
• Ability to follow instructions and apply feedback effectively.
• Comfortable working on high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Capacity to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for a distributed team environment.
• Experience or comfort in collaborating with external vendors and coordinating production processes.
• Familiarity with preparing files for print production (including bleeds, trims, specifications, etc.).
• Knowledge of print specifications, materials, and vendor procedures.
• Understanding of layout, typography, and fundamental design principles.
• A portfolio showcasing solid execution and craftsmanship.
• Nice to Have: Experience working within brand guidelines or design systems.
• Exposure to agency or in-house production environments.
