Associate Product Manager – Junior, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee product performance indicators to aid in identifying areas for enhancement;

• Assist in evaluating the user experience, emphasizing the improvement of conversion rates and user retention;

• Engage in user interviews and testing to confirm issues and validate hypotheses;

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, user requirements, and technical viability during roadmap planning;

• Work alongside the Design team in creating prototypes and validating innovative solutions;

• Aid in documenting processes, features, and insights gained from the product;

• Contribute to exploratory initiatives, experimentation (such as A/B testing), and hypothesis confirmation;

• Monitor the progress of new feature development, ensuring clear understanding of scope and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree;

• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and Miro;

• Fundamental data analysis skills or previous experience with dashboards (such as Google Analytics, Looker);

• A keen interest in understanding user behavior and utilizing data to solve problems;

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

• Proficient in using data to inform decision-making;

• Detail-oriented and well-organized;

• Adaptable to changing priorities;

• Strong desire to continuously learn about products, technology, and user experiences;

• Capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
