This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engage in discovery initiatives to comprehend customer challenges, requirements, and contexts.
• Interact with customers, end users, and internal stakeholders to foster empathy and insights.
• Assist in synthesizing research, feedback, and operational insights into concise problem statements.
• Work alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to investigate potential solutions.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer workflows, difficulties, and desired results.
• Draft, refine, and uphold clear user stories in partnership with the engineering team.
• Aid in breaking down tasks into significant, incremental results that provide customer value.
• Ensure user stories effectively express user needs, acceptance criteria, and business context.
• Participate in backlog refinement to confirm that work is well understood, prioritized, and ready for implementation.
• Serve as a liaison between customer intent and engineering execution.
• Assist Product Managers in converting product vision into precise delivery plans.
• Coordinate delivery efforts among engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against plans, milestones, and release commitments.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and obstacles, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain delivery documentation, including timelines, release notes, and status updates.
• Facilitate product releases across teams to guarantee readiness and alignment.
• Support release planning, sequencing, and cutover activities.
• Manage release communications to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to aid in product launches.
• Assist in creating launch materials such as release notes, FAQs, demos, and internal training content.
• Keep product documentation, acceptance criteria, and operational records up to date.
• Help manage inter-team dependencies and shared delivery schedules.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of product discovery and delivery methodologies.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of overall professional experience in a corporate or fast-paced startup setting.
• At least 1+ years of targeted experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, or Product Operations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Experience in agile software delivery environments.
• Capability to write clear, user-focused stories and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort in closely collaborating with engineers on problem definition and scope.
• Strong customer empathy and curiosity regarding user needs and behaviors.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on detail.
