This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversees and prioritizes the Maintenance/EV change request (CR) backlog, evaluating issues based on customer impact, business priorities, and engineering efforts.
• Collaborates with the Senior Product Manager to assist in shaping the Maintenance/EV product roadmap, providing insights and recommendations based on customer and market analysis.
• Takes responsibility for resolving bugs and implementing smaller enhancements, working closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and monitor tasks until completion.
• Facilitates product activities such as backlog refinement, sprint demonstrations, and release communications for the Maintenance/EV product line.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the Maintenance/EV suite in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams.
• Engages with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to collect feedback and address conflicting issues and priorities concerning smaller-scope items.
• Conducts research on customer and product usage to guide prioritization and aid in the scoping of larger roadmap projects.
• This position is anticipated to evolve over time, with opportunities for increased product leadership within the Maintenance and EV product lines.
• Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for enhancement.
• Communicates product updates, releases, and milestones to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Interprets, refines, and applies methods and procedures in alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as industry standards and best practices set by Titan Cloud.
• Stays informed about industry trends to design, prototype, and propose functional approaches, including user experience for digital solutions that fulfill business requirements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of a degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or product environment is required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is essential.
• Previous experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a similar customer- or technical-facing role is preferred; direct product management experience is advantageous but not essential at this level.
• Capability to contribute to the development, communication, and execution of technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across teams and collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and creative thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of software development and quality assurance concepts and workflows.
• Ability to work independently with increasing autonomy; this is an individual contributor role without direct reports.
• Demonstrates initiative – seeks additional responsibilities, takes independent actions, and is willing to take risks.
• Availability to travel approximately 5% of the time.
