Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying problems to launching and refining solutions.

• Convert business and user challenges into well-defined product requirements (PRDs, user stories, workflows).

• Propel swift execution with a proactive approach.

• Enhance essential funnel metrics, such as traffic, conversion, revenue, and repeat usage.

• Detect friction points in user journeys and refine UX/UI accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive and high-performing experiences.

• Utilize AI and experimentation frameworks (e.g., personalization, recommendations, A/B testing) effectively.

• Conduct rapid experiments to enhance user experience and achieve business goals.

• Leverage data to guide decisions and consistently iterate on products.

• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to implement high-quality features.

• Work in collaboration with global stakeholders, ensuring overlap in EST time zone as needed.

• Align the product roadmap with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Manage roadmap prioritization based on impact, effort, and strategic value.

• Strike a balance between quick wins and long-term platform scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product management.

• Previous experience in a product-driven organization.

• Preferred exposure to consumer-facing (B2B) products.

• Strong skills in prioritization and decision-making.

• High sense of ownership with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience or familiarity with AI-centric product environments.

• Solid understanding of experimentation, metrics, and data-informed decision-making.

• Must be willing to work US hours, at least until 5 PM EST.
