This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish and effectively articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with ImageTrend’s mission and evolving market opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that balances client-driven initiatives with long-term strategic goals.
• Take ownership of and continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and roadmap commitments.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide clarity, eliminate obstacles, and support consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify new opportunities.
• Define meaningful success metrics, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales to support effective go-to-market strategies and clear product positioning.
• Advocate for scalable, product-first solutions rather than one-off customizations to promote innovation and long-term value.
• Develop extensive expertise in the supported product(s), acting as a trusted subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to inform strategic recommendations and future product enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles within a SaaS environment; exposure to healthcare or public safety is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas, requirements, and updates clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven skills in relationship management, with the ability to form authentic connections with both internal and external resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, along with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support complex initiatives by gathering requirements, tracking progress, and assisting in coordination across teams.
• Preferred: Familiarity with technology used in the EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital markets.
• Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion.
• Enthusiasm for learning and enhancing knowledge or skills.
• Strong work ethic characterized by integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
