This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Craft clear and actionable user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria to facilitate AI-driven feature enhancements.
• Assist in executing functional requirements for LOIS-powered capabilities, including automated deposition summaries, goal tracking, real-time AI analysis, and context-driven workflows.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and UX design teams to convert customer needs into intuitive and well-designed software solutions.
• Work iteratively with development teams using Agile methodologies—breaking down user stories into incremental deliverables, anticipating bottlenecks, and maintaining a well-organized sprint backlog.
• Engage in customer calls, gather feedback, and analyze product usage metrics to identify user pain points and guide feature-level decisions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside QA and engineering teams to ensure that features meet quality standards before being delivered to customers.
• Work with Product Marketing and Customer Success to create release notes, internal feature documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for your designated feature set, keeping internal teams informed about upcoming releases and functional changes.
• 3–5 years of experience in software product management, Associate Product Manager roles, or closely related positions (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Owner, Implementation Specialist) within SaaS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in legal technology, generative AI, or complex workflow automation (prior experience in Legal Tech, Depositions, or AI products is advantageous, but not mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles and modern backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Comfortable working with user feedback and basic quantitative data to prioritize tasks and resolve complex logic challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing the ability to translate business needs into clear technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team alignment at Salt Lake City HQ, customer visits, or legal tech conferences.
