This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in high-impact client projects at digital-first companies that have achieved product-market fit.
• Prioritize challenges, provide clarity amidst chaos, and coordinate execution effectively.
• Oversee discovery and delivery across three concurrent streams, both internally and externally.
• Balance product vision with hands-on implementation.
• Adapt to various communication styles and integrate seamlessly with client teams.
• Assist Senior Product Management Consultants who act as interim product leaders.
• Support intricate cross-functional initiatives spanning both B2C and B2B products.
• Aid in establishing and meeting quarterly OKRs, conducting Continuous Discovery and Jobs To Be Done activities, and executing A/B tests.
• Develop and articulate compelling product narratives.
• Identify the problem, target audience, market size, success metrics, and strategic significance of features and functionalities.
• Share and shape strategic insights with clients’ CPOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of Product.
• Transition to new clients, teams, domains, products, or initiatives every 3–6 months.
• Contribute to internal initiatives at Product People.
• Engage in performance reviews, development planning, knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and learning activities.
• Excel in chaotic and ambiguous situations, creating clarity, structure, and actionable plans.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and proactive attitude in high-pressure environments.
• Communicate directly, constructively, and professionally, avoiding jargon.
• Provide and receive feedback effectively.
• Quickly adapt to diverse communication styles and changing priorities.
• Establish boundaries that promote effective teamwork.
• Understand business growth dynamics, revenue sources, and significant strategic decisions.
• Emphasize measurable business outcomes, including retention, expansion, and efficiency.
• Manage discovery and delivery across multiple simultaneous streams.
• Work with B2C and B2B digital products.
• Support product methodologies including quarterly OKRs, Continuous Discovery, JTBD, and A/B testing.
• Consider Central European Time and adhere to the allowed maximum time difference of +4.5 hours / -1 to -2 hours.
• Previous work experience typically leads to L3 leveling, though no minimum experience is required.
• The hiring process features an unbiased blind review, emphasizing the questionnaire over CVs.
