Associate Principal – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to mid-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with increasing autonomy.

• Manage projects from initial programming through to final closeout.

• Define requirements and coordinate the design process.

• Record decisions and ensure that deliverables align with TEECOM’s standards.

• Enhance TEECOM’s systems through contributions to GitHub and improvements in workflows.

• Build strong client relationships by maintaining clear communication and effective problem-solving.

• Provide mentorship to Designers and Engineers through practical guidance, reviews, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in AEC or related professional services with proven discipline-specific expertise (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage).

• Experience in leading discipline aspects of mid to large-scale projects.

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated designs and make informed decisions within your discipline.

• Strong grasp of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination needs.

• Proven experience in contributing to updates in documentation, refining standards, or QA/QC workflows via GitHub Pull Requests or similar platforms.

• High proficiency in Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
