Associate Principal – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• The Associate Principal will take the lead on small to mid-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

• Oversee projects from initial programming through to closeout—clarifying requirements, coordinating design efforts, documenting decisions, and ensuring that deliverables adhere to established standards.

• Utilize strong engineering judgment to maintain alignment with the project's scope, schedule, and budget while identifying risks early on.

• Foster strong client relationships by building trust through effective communication, dependable follow-through, and thoughtful problem-solving.

• Provide mentorship to Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in AEC or related professional services, showcasing discipline-specific expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated designs and make informed decisions within your field.

• Strong knowledge of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination needs.

• Proven experience in contributing to updates of documentation, refinement of standards, or QA/QC workflows through platforms like GitHub Pull Requests or similar.

• High proficiency in Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
