This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Serve as a strategic link between business objectives and AI functionalities.
β’ Develop AI-based customer experience strategies and provide guidance on pilot initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with Product, CCaaS, and Data & AI teams to create viable business cases.
β’ Discover technological and AI opportunities to improve customer experiences.
β’ Contribute insights to the CX Product roadmap.
β’ Convert technological architecture concepts into practical implementation plans.
β’ Remain informed about AI trends and motivate clients.
β’ 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, digital/product strategy, or a pre-sales/solutions engineering position.
β’ Expertise in contemporary contact center ecosystems.
β’ Strong comprehension of AI technologies.
β’ Capability to translate intricate AI concepts into business strategies.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
